ME, MYSELF AND I

KIARA, what does that mean??? INDUSTRIOUS!!!! My name is Kiara Alexis and my name truly describes me. I am nineteen years old and was born on June 8th 1991. I have one brother and one sister and I live with my both parents. For all my life I have lived in Belmont. I attended Belmont Girls R.C School and St.Francois Girls' College. I would have to describe my school days as the time in my life. I would describe myself being fun, friendly and a forgiving person. Yes the three F's, I always keep in mind no matter how though a situation may be.
At the age of twelve years I did a major surgery. It’s a funny thing how God works in mysterious ways. Before doing my surgery I spent 2 months in the Hospital. I was diagnosed with Infective Endocarditis, which is a Heart Disease. After two months in the hospital, the decision was made that I had to do surgery but, I was on stand by. The only way I would have done it, is if another patient had fallen sick. Yes, May 1^st 2003, I went under the knife. A funny scenario I remembered was, the doctor gave me the medication to put me to sleep before thee surgery, I took it, and he then asked me, do you want a Carib??? I said yes, lol!!! That was just to make sure that the medication was working on me to put me to sleep.I am a truly blessed person and I Thank the Lord each and everyday for my small mercies. I am currently persuading my long life dream to become a TEACHER, I repeat a TEACHER. This dream is no longer a dream, but reality.

I am currently attending UTT Teachers’ Training College Valsayn and I am proud to say come 2012 my life would be entering a new chapter. I believe that everyone is unique in their own way. I enjoying being me and wouldn't change nothing to please anyone.
